Doctors trying to ban MMA?

Vitamin D and osteoporosis?

A recent study has suggested that those who are low on Vitamin D and suffer from osteoporosis may benefit from supplementation. Vitamin D is a fat soluble vitamin so taking too much is not advisable. However if you have osteoporosis and not doing so great it may be an idea to speak to your doctor about the possibility of supplementing with Vitamin D.
