Some dispute this pointing to the known fact that Greg's arms are a combination of weight training and drug/synthol injections. Synthol has been used by quite a few people of late and opinions vary as to its effectiveness as a "muscle builder". The Synthol look is a very artificial and in many respects, "scary" and unnatural look.
